User Agreement & Platform Terms • Updated: 2026

Welcome to BGRides Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. By downloading our mobile application, accessing bgrides.com, booking passenger rides, applying as a driver partner, or ordering food and courier deliveries, you enter into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

1. Negotiable Bidding Platform Model

BGRides operates as a peer-to-peer digital mobility marketplace connecting verified independent drivers with prospective passengers:

Open Price Negotiation: Passengers set an initial proposed fare, and nearby verified drivers may accept or submit counter-offers in real-time.
Binding Agreement: Once both passenger and driver mutually accept a ride or parcel bid, the agreed price is locked and cannot be changed without mutual consent.
0% Commission Driver Benefit: BGRides provides a low-to-zero commission structure, empowering drivers with maximized take-home earnings.

2. 2-Way OTP PIN Delivery & Safety Verification

To ensure unmatched delivery accuracy and security, BGRides implements a cryptographic two-way One-Time Password (OTP) protocol:

          🔐 Mutual Handover Handshake: Food orders and parcel couriers require the exchange and verification of an OTP PIN at pickup and final recipient handover to guarantee delivery completion.
        

3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

Lawful Use: You agree not to transport contraband, hazardous materials, illegal substances, or unauthorized packages.
Zero Tolerance Harassment: Any verbal abuse, discrimination, harassment, reckless driving, or physical misconduct will result in immediate permanent deactivation and referral to law enforcement.
Accurate Information: Users and drivers must provide legitimate CNIC, license, and vehicle registration data. Fraudulent identity documents constitute criminal offense.

4. Payment & Cancellation Rules

Cash on delivery, local mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa), or integrated digital payments are accepted. Cancellations within 2 minutes of ride acceptance carry zero penalty. Repeated arbitrary cancellations by either passenger or driver may incur temporary suspension.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
